Brass outdoor tap

I have mislaid the hose connection for my outside tap - BS1010 -2  

1/2 inch, tapered brass ( not screw type )

Can anyone tell me what I need to attach a hose to the tapered section.

Don't know how the image ended upside down! Sorry

    Hi Liz



    You need a 15mm thread tap connector . You can buy them in plastic or brass.

    The threaded side screw on to you tap and the the other side will click in to your hose connector

    You can buy them in most DIY and GC.Hose lick do a plastic one for about ??2.50 each

    They had the brass ones in my local Homebase today.
