Delphinium looking a bit sorry for itself?

I noticed over the past few days my new delphinium shoots are not looking as healthy as they did when they first came up. They are around 5-6 inches tall but rather than looking green they look a pale green/ slightly yellow and the leaves are drooping slightly rather than standing up firm. They are well watered from all the rain recently and recently had blood fish and bone added to the soil a couple of weeks back. However with so much rain I don't know if that may even be in the soil anymore. I have also mulched the bed they are in about a week ago with compost. The thing is when the shoots came through they were very green and looked fine and the delphs around it are all coming up now and they are very green and I don't want the same thing to happen to them when they get bigger. Any ideas?

Well it doesn't look like much rain is forecast for this week so I'm hoping it will pick up a bit
