Leggy petunia seedlings

Hi all , my petunia seedlings are looking leggy and are flopping over a bit , should i pinch out the tips to make them bushier ? They don't look very good at the moment . All help appreciated

    They are in a north facing window .

    Thank you Hollie hock perhaps i will put them out into the cold frame soon . All the other seedlings (pelargoniums , Asters , Stocks , Lupins , cleomes etc) seem to be alright , it's just the petunias that are leggy.

    I think they need more light. Pinching out will help.
