seers-rock-dust-v-calcified-seaweed

i need some advice from someone that has used both these products as people that have just used the one swear by the one they use and say the other is not worth it,  but i have read that both improve plant health and soil health...  i try to dig in as much compost as possible but with not driving, it poses difficult to get as much as i need in my raised beds and borders...

so people seers volcanic rock dust  or calcified seaweed,  how do they work for you
