Can I walk on newly sown lawn?

Hi, I sowed some grass seed a couple of weeks ago and it has just germinated and is a couple of millimetres tall. However I noticed that the worms have been coming up to the surface all over it and pushing patches of soil up so it is raised. This has obviously raised the seeds off the ground. They are still germinating but underneath the patches of soil that have been pushed up there is a gap between the ground and the soil so the root isn't going to go into the ground. Can I walk on it to flatten to the patches? There are quite a lot of them!

Best to stay off of it until it becomes established in about six weeks. Rain will sort out the situation you describe.
