Is this a plant or weed?

Hi

I got some great advice on a couple of things growing in my flower bed from the forum a few weeks ago.

I have a new thing which has appeared, picture below.  Can someone tell me if it is a plant or weed?

    Depends on the variety.  I should leave it till it flowers.  If you like them, leave them (but don't let them set seed); if not, dig/pull them out and compost them.  Beware of the sap though - it's an irritant to most people's skin.

    Does look like Linaria, (purple toadflax)
