Need suggestions for fast growing flowers/weeds/plants

LukabLukab Posts: 4

Hi,
I'm preparing to create an art installation and am searching for flowers/weeds/plants that will take 1-2 weeks to grow.
I will have very limited time for growing and want to achieve a diverse green surface, that might be made up from flowers, grasses and other weeds that will be fully grown in 1-2 weeks time from seeds. The planting time will be end of July.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Plant don't go from seed to flower in two weeks with the possible exception of hairy bittercress, but that's not colourful, Why two weeks if you've got months?

Hi again and thanks for the replies. The reason why I have such a short time is that, I'm doing the installation on an 1 week music festival in Hungary. I will be able to arrive only 1 week in advance and thus the 2 weeks. The ideas is to make a wire-mash sculpture that is filled with earth and has different plants, like wheat grass, cress, mustard, etc. growing out.

Buying and planting sedum might also do, but part of the installation  is for the festival goers to observe how it transforms over the 7 days, that's why I'm in search for fast growing seeds image

M&C might not be quick enough if it's outside.
