Can anyone tell me where or if I can obtain the above rose bush in the UK. Its to plant in the park rememberance garden in memory of our dog Rio who passed away recently. Thank you

Janet you haven't named the rose. If you know the name then they're easy to find.
So sorry you've lost Rio.
If you can't find one with Rio in the name, you might find one on this page suitable
