Pruning

I have an Indian Bean Tree in my small garden which is growing quite tall. I would like to know when and how to prune it please? I looked on Google but it was'nt very clear.

Thank-you

I have seen these pruned back to a stump, yearly.

  • Thank-you for the advice pansyface and nutcutlet.

  • Hard prune and you will get more dramatic foliage on vigorous shoots!

I've seen them more or less pollarded quite effectively.
