Just had a bit of a google to see if I could find out anything about Charlie's new show and all I can find is 'Ooh, hasn't Charlie gained a bit of weight' stories.

Steve I think the show is going to be a re-jig of Groundforce with Harry & David Rich previous award winners at Chelsea. I cannot find any further information.
The program is still in the planning still not even got a name as yet.
Charlie has had a hard time since loosing her mum and step dad so tragically, people need to understand these things effect people in different ways.
People need to see her for what she is a very good and knowable gardener and not be so personal.
I wonder how many of those that attack Charlie for her weight gain actually live in a glass house?
sadly there are a huge amount of hypocrites out in troll world they find it easy to pick on others with personal issue &that`s the world we live in like the story of the billy goats gruff & the troll under the bridge
Well i like charlie & find her an inspiration the same as monty when he suffered from depression & he fought through it & charlie will do the same
& i don`t mind who presents the gardening shows as it`s the content i`m focused on not the personal issues past or present of the presenters.

It is awful Steve. The whole celebrity bashing/celebrity adoration thing is beyond my comprehension.
Might be why I don't watch TV

I have no issue about presenters size, colour, gender,religion, sexuality so long as they know what they're talking about, give me facts , not opinions and engage me , and others , to want to get out and garden.
I rather like Charlie's slightly self deprecating style. Makes a nice change from ,as Nut puts it " celebrity adoration"
