Hi again I should have said after my last thread about this, on the leaves don't no what it is the newer leaves look OK. Is it watering or being to warm near the radiator, thanks.

Looks like a touch of scorch, it'll happen if you're watering from above and then the amplified effect of the sun through the window burns the leaves.
I asked the same question last year when I grew cucumbers for the first time. It was suggested that over watering or sun scorch could be the cause of the problem, mine had a thin white line around the edges of the leaves.
They grew just fine and produced lots of lovely cucumbers so don't worry too much just be careful with your watering. They don't like over wet compost and it can cause stem rot, water from underneath.
Thank you, I wondered if it was do to the watering, or sun through the window. its great have all you lovely people on hand for help. thanks.
Just planted my first ever cucumber seeds - well on Thursday, they have started to germinate already - on a heated propagator.
