Garden Experience for Horticulture Students

Is it possible to get a horticulture student to come and help in the garden? I think it would be great, hands-on experience for them and would help me, too. Has anyone done this? Tips? Advice? Suggestions?

Gosh..what a good idea!
I don't know about students, but it crossed my mind - if they are talking about prescribing gardening on the NHS, could I offer my place as a suitable venue, supervised of course?
I could do with something like that for the farm garden also to help my Mum in hers.
Nutkin, if you offered to pay them, they might.
When I went back to college to study Garden Design I was deluged by offers of "come and design mine" however when a fee was discussed, the offers disappeared.
