I have set some Bizzie lizzies which I have taken some seeds from last years plants, but they haven't come up yet, after about 3 weeks. I have them in greenhouse. Any ideas?

Do you know wether or not the seeds came from hybrids like F1?
2015 flowers I got seeds out of a packet from poundland. then I took the seeds from these flowers and they haven't come up, so I don't know if they a hybrid. sorry.
Is it warm enough for the seeds in your greenhouse so early in the year?
Do you think this is why. I planted some lupin seeds and sweetpeas, and they have come up, but the Mexican sunflowers not showing either yet or marigolds.
I'd be patient Jacqueline, sometimes it just takes a while for some seeds to get going, although seeds from some hybrids are sterile and won't germinate at all.
Just to let you know my Bizzie lizzies are now starting to poke their heads above the compost
