Hi guys 
can anyone help identify this plant a number of stems emerging and about one foot high at the moment I did plant a cutting a couple of years ago roughly in the same area but thought it was lost

That looks like Dracunculus vulgaris
There are other things in the same family with stems like that, which ones have you got?

I have garden lilies and also a white arrun or Irish lily but no where near this plant I've looked up the name you said and it portrays it as a poisonous plant
so will have it up and burn it with pups and grandchildren it must go
