Hi, I've recently bought a new build house, half the garden at the back is fine, the other half won't drain, causing it to be squelchy and under 3 inch of water when it rain. I have 2 young kids and would like to get it turfed soon. How do I drain it???

Another case of a new build on clay soil. I'd call the builders back on and get them to install drainage. This issue is constantly appearing on the forum Steven. There's no easy solution and the builders must carry some responsibility.
