hops are grown in Hants and Kent . Maybe google some hop growers and contact them?

They are in the dockyard Chatham, dates back on the site for more than 400 years its worth a visit if your ever in the area just to see them riding the bike in the rope shed that's a quarter of a mile long.
Also plenty available on Amazon - put 'coir twine' into the Amazon search bar and Bob's your uncle ........

Normal twine will do the job just as well. There won't be a premium on the price because of Monty's endorsement either.
I use parcel string and a couple of bits of broken tomato cane.
