Squwelchy, most veg are easy to grow, start off with what you like to eat, salad type veg are very easy, the cabbage family germinate readily as do some root veg. Best thing you can do to help yourself is get a simple book the Expert series by D.G Hessayon are a good start. Simple and explained well.
