Sharpening Lawnmower Blades

Suffolk Punch 43 17” Petrol Lawnmower.

I have done a quick search on here with not a whole lot of results, so can I ask which is the preferred way of sharpening the blades please?

Cuts fine now but I am sure it’d cut better with a new edge on the blades.

    go to a proper garden machinery maintenance place. It'll not cost much and they'll do it properly.

    There are DIY kits available to do this but I have no idea how effective they are.  Search "cylinder mower sharpening".  I would certainly be inclined to check with local machinery maintenance places to get it done properly.  You shouldn't need to have it done every year.
