Is this plant a fern?

Hi please can you help, I bought this plant in a basket of six little pot plants. They were in the sale and of course had no individual names.

I recognise the other five but I'm a bit suspect with this one because i wouldn't think of a Fern with flat leaves?? What do you thinkimage

    Looks like an ivy.

    Yes, it could well be.  The transition from a spore through to a mature fern is an interesting one and is different from all other land plants.  What you have there look like gametophytes and the normal 'fern' leaves (sporophytes) will grow from them.
