Trench Celery

in Fruit & veg
Good Morning!
I am wanting to try and grow something different this year and I have decided on trench Celery. I was just wondering if any of you have any tips & tricks on doing this if you've done so before?
The variety I am going to to try is 'Giant Red' which I am planning on sowing tomorrow in my propagator when I finally get a minute to myself! I was hoping to grow it on in my large raised bed which can accommodate the depth and width that I've read it needs.
I just thought I'd pop on and see if any of you have any advice for it before I get started

I guess not lol
I've never grown it NGL, although I do love 'proper' celery - but as we're pretty close to the Fens we do get it from there - great to drive past and see the fields of black soil and the green tops of celery.
Good luck! Let us know how it goes
