Screening plant

Our wheelie bins need to be stored in our garden. They are unsightly to look at so I was thinking about buyng a large trough and planting something tall in it to hide them. the trough could be moved if it were in the way.

I was thinking about a bamboo but wondered if something like buddleia davidii would work?

The spot I am thinking about gets a few (maybe ~4hrs) hours of direct sun in the morning but is shaded for the rest of the day by a 6ft fence. I know buddleia loves sun but is also pretty tough, and would be better for bees & butterflies.

Does it have to be moveable? How much space is there?  Buddleias can have quite a big spread. Can you put up some sort of structure to grow climbers on?
