MM106 apple tree spread.

Hi everyone, I was lucky enough to win a Holstein apple tree ( rootstock MM106) in a seed swap event. I already have two apple trees ( one in apot- Arthur turner) that are it's pollination partners, and will be able to clear a spot that is 10mx13m and will receive good sunshine if I move some plant s around. This is the biggest space I think I can manage. Will it be large enough for the tree , or do I need to think about something else positive to do with it?

Maximum for mm106  is about 4 metres a semi dwarfing rootstock so 4-6 metres between should be OK Kale. Take a few years to get there but they aren't too big.

Thanks so much Edd and Dave. I do want to keep the tree if possible, particularly as the other two are the correct pollinators.
