Pest or not?

Please can someone help me to identify. I have found some eggs in the soil inside the containers and around the roots of my camellias. The eggs are round between 1 mm and 0.5 mm and some smaller they have a yellow colour and are sferic in shape. I did found some wombs in the pot but not slugs. Ar?? this eggs a pest or not?

The sound to me like slow release fertiliser capsules which are routinely added to a lot of multi-purpose composts. Nothing to worry about.
