New lawn sown from seed in May 2015 - next steps

We showed a lawn from grass seeds 10 months ago. The grass is looking a bit brown in patches. Also leaves from neighbours tree has stuck to the ground and I tried removing them a few days ago and noticed patches of mud underneath with no grass. First question is do I need to feed the lawn, and if so what shall I use. Second of all, do I need to treat it with weed killer? I haven't really noticed any weeds when I was picking up all the leaves. But then again I was too busy doc using on the leaves I didn't check for weeds.

I'd scarify then apply a weed and feed in a few weeks time Rubi. Not too bad. Bit of warm weather and sun and it will look better.

    What's scarify?

And can I use Weedol as that's what we used when preparing the ground for the seed.

And a month after the grass grew last year, the grass was very lush and a vibrant green all over. And so soft too.
