how many fruit trees on dwarfing rootstock is it possible to grow on a space 5 metres by 10 metres? any ideas

What happens at the edges of the plot? Brick walls or space for branches to hang over?
no walls and space for branches to hangover
Apples on M9 rootstock need fertile soil but, if you can provide that, you can plant them about 4 metres apart and in "rows" 4 metres apart. You need space to walk between them and tend them.
I'm no good at maths, but see what you can fit into your space with those distances in mind.
