T&M Plug plants offer
in Talkback
Hi guys I ordered the 'free' plug plants from Thompson and Morgan and my account was debited on the 8th March. I haven't had an email or phone call about them, and all I know is that the original page said 'delivery by end of March'. I realise there's still a week left in March but I ordered them a fortnight ago, should I be getting worried?
Anyone else ordered and received/not received?

Thanks! Do you have an account with them? Maybe I should have signed up
If you at the bottom of your order confirmation email Gardening, there should be a box where you can check the status of your order. You only need your surname, post code and email address to access it - so you may not need to create an account to find out what's going on.
I've just checked and the seeds I ordered were despatched yesterday
Surely this can happen with any online plant deliveries, depending upon the time of year and availability.
I'm waiting for clematis from Montrose ...... had a confirmation email from Paypal and nothing from the place itself. Not even the courtesy of a thank you for your order. I now check the offer on the GW site and find that they've 'had to propagate a further crop' - no notification and I had to go into order now to find that out.
I had an email from T&M yesterday telling me my plugs had been dispatched. Seems pretty good service to me - not sure why it is not universal. Did you create an account with them, or place your order as a "guest"?
I think I must have been a guest. No emails so far but the money got taken out right away. I signed up for my second order, loads of communication. I will hold out for my plugs then. Thanks everyone.
I hope your orders arrive soon Gardening
My clematis order from Montrose came this morning.... really nice well-grown little plantlets (jumbo plugs I suppose they are) .........nicely packaged and decent little root systems. Not the ones in the offer because they ran out due to demand but hey - for just postage - I'm pleased and hopefully these will grow on in the hands of a never having had a clematis thrive before person
