Auto vent on greenhouse

Hello, my auto vent system on my Mini green house appears to have stopped opening and shutting. I have lubricated with some WD40 but still seems stuck in the open position. When I wind the mechanism it still turns up or down but is always in the same open position whatever the temperature. Does any one have experience of these vents? Thanks.

Some vents don't last very long Greg. Some go for years. You get what you pay for in the end.
I found that the grease inside leaked out and they stopped working. Buy one with a guarantee, and keep sending them back for replacement.
