What plant is this.

I'm a complete garden novice. Just bought a flat in London. OUCH.
I have a south facing garden and I would like to grow something on the north side of a slatted fence I'm just erecting.

What plant/bush/shrub/tree (I don't even know the correct term) is in this photo with the white flowers in between the leylandii.

Thanks

might be trachelospermum jasminoides, but I can zoom in close enough to say for sure.

    Devon.

I can't tell either - but you could probably get asimilar effect on a north facing wall with a climbing hydrangea

Thanks for the feedback, the Trachelospermum jasminoides looks like a nice option.

Here is a close up of the photo if that helps anyone. not great resolution.
