Bell pepper help needed

So guys Ive grown a few bell pepper plants from seed but they are starting to develop crinkled leaves?could anyone please help my id what caused this

Is there anything I can do to help it pansy
Put a squirt of washing up liquid in a bowl of lukewarm water.
Hold the pot with your fingers spread across the top of the pot with the pepper stem between your fingers and turn the pot upside down (your fingers will keep the compost in the pot).
Swish the plant around in the water gently then stand it aside to drain.
That'll get rid of the aphids. It also works for whitefly.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
