I have this problem too now and am wondering what to use. I have just been washing them off but it's a daily thing (so clearly not that effective?) and I am going to be away for a week and can't expect the cat sitters to get rid of aphids as well as feed the cats and water the plants...

Or would I be better off sticking to washing up liquid in water. (And will any washing up liquid be ok? I have some Ecover.)
They are on my kitchen windowsill so introducing ladybird larvae and the like is not an option!
