Which Garden Screen - Reed/Brushwood/Willow

Lynn28Lynn28 Posts: 3

Having just cut back a very large tree we now find we can see into the garden next door.

A fence cannot be erected due to hedges and trees, but we do want to block out.

Can anyone give advice on which screens are best to use/easiest to put up.  They would be nailed or tied to brances and tree trunks.

Thank you in advance.  This is my first time on this forum.

To be honest all three are easy to put up. The brushwood ones last a little longer. If you're attaching to a tree use decent garden wire, cheap from wilko about £2 1.6mm wire you get 20metres on a roll.

Thanks Dave.  Decision made I will go for the brushwood if it last longer.

    Glad I posted this question.

Welcome to the forumimage You will need to check any wire from time to time. As the tree or branch grows the wire can begin to cut into it, and if it cuts too deeply it will kill it. Once it starts to get tight it can be very hard to remove, so best to keep an eye on it and loosen as needed.
