Ways to re-use a broken plastic greenhouse

Well, I bought a plastic greenhouse a couple of weeks ago, an awesome walk-in one too, and the frame has broken after being tossed about in Wednesday's gale-force winds. I suppose with the fact I've moved to live on a ridge I should've put two and two together... but alas.

Long story short, it cost me about 30 quid, so I've been trying to think of a way of getting my money's worth.

What I've come up with so far, is what about making the roof into a poly-tunnel? The roof is intact and the cover is reinforced, so if I cut the cover where appropriate and force the poles into the ground and secure it, could that work?

Feel free to post a reply or any new ideas below, and hopefully we can come up with a solution to this gardener's bane!

I have used the poles to make a frame and covered it in close mesh to stop cabbage whites laying eggs on cabbage plants.

this seems to have been a problem we have all had in this year's gales.I have done the same as Lynne in other years and it works,The good thing is you are thinking of positive ways to recycle,go for it! is there enough life in the frame to make a support in your borders for sweet peas or clematis?
