I Winter Sowed Mine in a re-cycled milk container and placed them outside to fend for themselves
The seeds were actually given to my Dad as part of a 90th birthday pressie that was given to him from a friend that worked at Hilliers Nursery. But as he is not ( and never was, as really it was my dear Mum who was 'head gardener') into seed sowing or propagation they were quickly passed on to me!!
We will wait and see what happens, I will just leave them be for a year (or three!) and cross my fingers.

I just used good old multi purpose and then left them outside since last Sept. They will have got plenty of chilling and warming up!!! Will wait and see what happens ........if anything! I enjoy trial and error-ing
