Plant ID and Ideas for new plants

Hello,

I am a beginner to gardening and have just moved so could anyone help me find out what some of these plants are?  These first three are in front of a south facing Fur hedge. any ideas on what else would grow there as well would be very helpful, the soil is clay, i think its quite windy here. I would like all year interest and nothing to tricky.

The pictures below are in front of a east facing fence with large trees behind (holly, elder flower and some others) I think the soil is clay it certainly full of stones, rock and bricks. and idea on what they are (i think the red on is red robin?) or plant to cover up the rest of the fence would be really appreciated.

of the second batch, the first pic has 2 hebes and a photinia  probably red robin.

The one with the blue flowers is a ceanothus and the last one a honeysuckle

I can't get the first set large enough and in focus to see

  • It looks like a Laurel to me too, but that doesn't mean that much!

In the first batch is the second photo of Common privet? I don't think the first photo is Portuguese laurel as the leaves have red stalks, possibly common laurel. Third picture in first batch, the flowers look like they are plant in the pea and bean family.

First lot of images, I think the first one may be a Euonymus of sorts but not really sure.  I agree with invicta about the privet and the last one is probably a Coronilla of sorts.

Jenny (OP) has never come back on this one but, if you're there Jenny, new photos of the first batch would help

The first one in the second batch looks like a hebe ( the one on the left).
