garden containers

I have managed to acquire some large containers ready fro my fruit trees, but as they are large is there anything I can use at the bottom to save on cost of filling it full with soil. Thank you in advance for feed back.

  • I was thinking that bit I didn't want to disturb them so I thought I would put them straight in to a large one and leave them.

  • I agree with Verdun - they will give you crops for many years so give them the best, and splash out on a JI no.3 image

    I agree, if they will be in there long-term they will need all the soil in the container.

    It's always best to pot anything up gradually.
