Hi Can I have some advice please on new shrubs to plant in my front and back gardens please? We have clay soil. The front garden is in sunshine and the back garden is shady. I am looking to plant evergreen shrubs in both gardens. I would like talker shrubs in the front garden to create a bit of privacy between our property, the pavement and our neighbours. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you Tracy

    Thanks for your reply. The soil is alkaline. The back garden does get some sun but we have a big shady patch.
