Might be that one,aym, No label, except 'yellow peony' and I can't tell from just a flower. I got it from an NGS open garden years ago.
re seeds, remind me at seeding time. They need sowing fresh and over-wintering outside. That way they germinate in the first spring rather than eventually or never.

You don't really need to ask permission to post the pics but it can confuse things if pics of other plants get posted. Especially on ID threads
Tree paeonies are woody by nature. No wood, no flowers. If you want a yellow one that doesn't get woody there's always Molly the Witch
