OFFER ON FREE BEGONIAS DELIVERY TIME

Hi does anybody know how long "Mont Rose"of Guernsey take on their offer for 7 free Begonia corms to deliver as i ordered some on the 16 Feb & can`t seem to get a reply from them ?.

    I ordered the four clematis offer on 23rd Jan and they arrived this week.

    I contacted them about the clematis offer as I'd heard nothing - not even an order confirmation (I had a payment confirmation from PayPal) and they said:

    'We can confirm that your order was received and processed on the 07/02/2016
    and has not yet been dispatched.

    As per our terms and conditions we must advise that orders are dispatched
    within 28 days.

    Please find a receipt for your order below.'

    I expect more from my online shops TBH, free offer or not. Will see what the plants are like though.

    Mont Rose couldn't find my order for the dianthus offer last autumn.

    I had to send them my PayPal confirmation as proof but I think they were out of stock at that point and they refunded my p&p.
