Runner Bean no flowers yet

Hi I have both red and white flower beans. Both have grown well up the bamboo canes with the exception that the red flowering have produced a good quality bean. However the white whilst it has great healthy leaves, no flowers as yet. Both have been fed at the same time and day, once a week.
I live in Romford and the weather has been hot and ideal growing conditions of late.
Any advice will be appreciated.

Beans don't need regular feeding. They will produce too much leaf and no flowers.
Stop feeding but water if we have had no rain.
Hot is not ideal growing conditions for runner beans-the flowers drop
Do not feed-not needed- and keep watering if dry.
