Viburnum tinus not flowering
Hello All. I have a three year old Viburnum tinus in a large pot and pruned it back after the first year to keep it in shape. No flowers, but I know I pruned them off.
So I didn't prune at all and still have no flowers. I know if it needs, to prune immediately after flowering so I would expect there to be flowers this winter, as I didn't touch it. The pot is fed regularly and top dressed with compost in the spring. Where's the flowers gone?
Only thing I can think of is not enough sunlight and this year the pot has been moved to a brighter area. Will this make a difference?

V.tinus is a big plant. I don't know how well it flowers in a pot. It might be difficult to keep it pruned to a small size and still get flowers.
Does it look OK

It looks beautiful, nice shiny healthy leaves. I did have a problem with thrips the first year but sprayed and that hasn't reoccurred. I know thrips would damage the new buds and prevent flowering. I've seen V. tinus in pots flowering. It is possible.
