Plant ID please

I found this in my woodland area today.  I seem to get a lot of random plants in this area of the garden from bird poop I'd imagine. image

Any ideas what this is ? Thank you.

    Has the look of Ragweed, the seeds of which are often included in Bird feeding mixes.

    I agree, it is ragwort.

    Based in Sussex, I garden to encourage as many birds to my garden as possible.
