No flowers on shrubs

I have two Blue Chip Buddlei in large pots. They have been well looked after and lookreally healthy!! Profuse foliage, but no sign of flowers or even buds!! Help.....what am I doing wrong,

I think you are being too kind to them, Greendaisy. Less food. Make them work for their living. Think of all those buddleias that you see growing along railway lines and out of gutters on derelict houses. They flower their socks off with nothing but rainwater to live on.
Your flowers will come!
As waterbutts said you are probably being too nice to them which will make them not bother to flower but also a lot of buddleias are late flowering this year because of the late cold weather nipping off the new flower shoots.
