Oh wow thank you for all your comments.

Tetley it's not just stubbornness at play here if I was going to pay for a lovely fence the otherside I'm also worried that he would throw rubbish between the two. In the past he has poured all his pond waste (slime) down the back of the fence so it came into my garden, my dog was lying were he was pouring and had got covered in all the slime. He has no remorse of care for anyone other then himself.

Fairygirl what a fanatic idea would never have thought of chicken wire and my dad has tonnes of it  cheap cheap

wow actually starting to get excited  thank you  people

  • Hello this is mum speaking, thank you so much to everyone who have helped my daughter today, she has gone from being very despondent to nearly optimistic.  I knew you were a lovely lot!!!!!!!!!  Gardeners are always lovely people.  But I am even more impressed than ever how you have all helped and with such wonderful suggestions.  The miserable man needs to be taught a lesson - but I feel sorry for his wife!!!!!!  Thanks everyone. also the trench sounds like a good idea to, however I would like to be around to enjoy my newly planted garden assisted by u lovely people.

  • This is getting even better.  Tetley you are lovely, because you tried to help and that means a lot.  I think between us we can help her achieve a garden she loves and is proud of.  As for Mr Grumpy - you are full of wonderful ideas for him too.  Would love to see his face when he is bombarded with poo from loads of people.  The only thing his poor wife would probably have to wash his clothes.
