Plant IDs pls, same or similar?

Moved house and have lots and lots of plants to identify as i havent a clue. But for starters....

  • The third picture looks like lots of Lilac suckers.  Has next door got a Lilac tree on the other side of the fence.  Or has there been a lilac tree chopped down in the area.

    The fourth pic looks like a Cornus of some sort.


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    can't decide whether the first one is a rudbeckia or a helianthus.

    thelma, iv had a look and next door have got this but 3x bigger! Cant see any flowers. Shall i just leave it do you think?

    I agree with THelma about that one Mrs Dinz. Likely to be years before you get flowers, I'd get rid of it
