hello smy, fuchsias almost always get white fly when kept indoors. I know you have to keep them frost free in wintertime. I would take all the leaves off the fuchsia and cut the woody stems down to small twigs. it will recover in the spring, honest! You can rinse further outbreaks under the cold tap. As soon as the frosts are gone, put it outside.good luck with it
