Hello
We have two shop bought orchids one white and the other purple, they have been magic and long flowering for the last two years. they are growing buds but just wilt and drop off, we have not moved them, can anyone help???

I have found this can happen if they are in a draught or there has been a sudden drop in temperature. This may be unlikely if nothing has changed over the last 2 years.
Which type of orchid are they ?
