    I've brought this along for you all to share. Mine's orange flavoured rather than the traditional lemon and I left off the marzipan leaves because everyone picks them off and leaves them anyway! image 

    Presumably that's why they're called leaves!!!

  • My birthday yesterday, had to rush up to my mother in law 200 miles away so didn't have a birthday.

    no cards, no presies nothing, but pleased to find out my mother in law is going to be ok.

    my OH said we would celebrate today but that just isn't the same. Oh well there's always next year.

    Shame about your birthday, Chrissy, but at least MIL is OK. I hope today turns out better than you expect and you manage to have a happy birthday after all.
