These dates will continue to tug at our hearts - Ma's birthday was in April, she died the following day - this is our first year without her - just now I wanted to phone her and tell her we'd had some flakes of snow ..and then I remembered...

Thanks, dove and beaus mom.
There's still times when I think about her and forget she's gone.
What is nice is that the Ma that keeps popping into my mind is the bright and sunny Ma I had when I had a young family and not the Ma with dementia.
