One lily good, two lilies bad

In early May I planted 3 Lilium Regale in separate pots.  One is absolutely beautiful with 9 strongly scented blooms.  The other two image oh dear!  twisted brown tipped leaves, flowers minute and twisted or nonexistent.  Should I cut them down now?  Are they likely to bloom as normal next year?  I've grown lilies for quite a few years and never had this problem before. image

Have you dug them out to check the bulbs? Sounds like a disease to me in which case you need to get rid of them so they don't infect the good one. Only other possibility is slug damage to the bulb.
