Lamp chops were legs of something, grilled all afternoon over charcoal, and chopped up with a cleaver, wallop, wallop, and served on a plate with cucumber and tomatoes. A big bunch of grapes for pudding.
Fidget I always skip the pudding! Grapes with lager or cake & Rakki Only problem is that in a mountain village they slaughter animals anywhere they can, even if it is under your bedroom window I eat a lot of courgettes up there.
Enough about meat
Costumes who is baring flesh and being raunchy ? Who is wearing a Duffel coat ? I think Amour is a good theme ( PANDA) if Pdoc has a bonfire to keep us warm.
Philippa I have it on good authority that Pdoc is having a beautiful huge Perspex dome erected over the whole area to keep the wind and rain out, there will be rainbows and twinkling stars and shimmering waterfalls and a beautiful glowing moon - you won't have to experience Yorkshire winter weather
And don't worry, you'll get picked up by the Tardis - it knows its way around
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Haha Hosta, I'm allergic to waitrose anyway! but I do love the rumour I heard that waitrose ran a competition...." I like shopping at waitrose because....." Fill in your answer.....no one took it seriously and answers came in like......." Because Felicity's pony won't eat asda basic hay" another answer was reported to be " because I can't abide the odour of poor people! " competition was cancelled! I did giggle!
Anyhoo yes goat....curried in the slow cooker with roasted peppers, cherry vine tomatoes, a million herbs and spices and served with rice cooked with gungo peas...fry chilli, garlic, onion, add fresh thyme, coconut milk and stock and let the rice absorbs the flavours! You will love it! its a celebration dish in the Caribbean, many different versions but I've combined a few to get perfection!

Kef, I will save you a big bowl and a takeaway tub too! Great hangover cure too!
Good luck with the knitting, I think I'd better not knit mine or it could be a little revealing and I'd be prone to frost bite!
Wonky, we don't have that sort of exotica down in these parts.
Well you will now Hosta
